VERIFICATION OF INCOME AND EMPLOYMENT

Copy of W-2 forms from two previous years
Year-to-date pay stub
Other Income
1. Social Security
2. VA Compensation (Copy of Award Letter or Check)
3. Retirement
If student, copy of transcript
If self employed, or work on a compensation basis, copies of signed tax returns for the previous two years plus current profit and loss statement.
If rental property is owned, copy of the rental/lease agreement


IF APPLYING FOR A VA LOAN

Copy of DD-214 discharge paper
Original Certificate of Eligibility
If divorced, a copy of the divorce degree and separation
Drivers License and copy of Social Security card
Copies of all bank statements for the last three months
Sales contract
